Intellipaat — Counsellor misguided about the course

I enrolled in one of the courses in Intellipaat, the counsellor told me that it would we a job guarantee course with 50+ industry level projects, nothing was provided after completing the course and even the mentors were very well behaved, when i asked them to cancel the course they suggested mt to sell the course to someone else and take the money from the.
I Have all the proof with me....

Is this please check 40% of loan amount has been paid by institute Intellipaat to Varthana. Please complete the refund process and intrest of the loan company to Varthana...

After submitting a complaint regarding Intellipaat on ConsumerCourtOnline, I received a call from a representative of their team. During the conversation, I was offered a partial refund of ₹40, 000 on the condition that I remove all complaints and reviews from social platforms and consumer forums. I was assured that upon completing this action and finishing the course, the refund would be processed.
