After submitting a complaint regarding Intellipaat on ConsumerCourtOnline, I received a call from a representative of their team. During the conversation, I was offered a partial refund of ₹40, 000 on the condition that I remove all complaints and reviews from social platforms and consumer forums. I was assured that upon completing this action and finishing the course, the refund would be processed.

Trusting their commitment, I proceeded to remove my complaints from ConsumerCourtOnline and Quora. However, now that I am requesting my refund, Intellipaat is refusing to honor their promise. Their response is that I must complete the course before receiving the refund, which contradicts the original agreement. Since I no longer wish to continue the course, they should process the refund as previously discussed.
