i have cancelled my course and my change of new training course and money refund to Zest team isnt been taken up properly by intellipaat team and we are unable to get the right support to solve and fix my concern after i reached gazillion times, every POC and person who handled my case were merely trying to let go of my case and never tried to work and solve my money concern with zest team which is tied with training course.
i need support in addressing my case correctly and the agent Mahesh who supported was poor in handling the case and wasnt solving my case,
My initial course was SAP MM and changed to power BI, in this process they gave a poor and unsatisfactory support.
Request to look into and solve my case on priority. this is a critical case which im currently enduring where intellipaat team isnt supporting me in any manner.
