[Resolved]  Intellipaat — have been requesting to stop my course since 1 year now with endless deduction of fees from my bank

Hey I am Sonakshi, I took this course in UI/UX hoping I would learn good designing skills, but little did I know their irrelevant case studies from usual needs and examples, and with very basic knowledge of design I didn’t see it valuable to my money,
2)I started working and had very less time to keep up with their lengthy assignments which were not supporting my growth in UI.
3)I started requesting them last year to stop my class or stop my charges, at least if not refund completely but they alway have lead to shopse and even now 2024 my money is being deducted every month with no solution or help.
Basically there 24 hour support makes no sense at this point.
My main concern is this highly charging course and knowledge is available for free, and more!
I seek my refund, this is a fraud!
