Hi Team,
I wanted to complete a project on Hyperledger, and I was looking for the online course. I looked into the Intellipaat website, and I was contacted by one of the consultants (Jazz). He mentioned, hurry up, sign up the course is starting on 5th March 2022. I signed up straight away. But consultant enrolled me into the different course (Blockchain in general). I logged in to attend the class, and Lecturer told me this was not the right course.
I contacted the consultant, and he said he would look into it. Then I asked for a refund because they were delaying in the response. On Tuesday night, I received a text from a consultant (Jazz). He said, "We are working on the refund process".
So, I was happy about it. I signed up with some other company to have an online class. Then today, I was calling them to provide a refund and one of the consultants said, we are not processing any refund, you can attend this current blockchain course, and we will add your Hyperledger course content into this course. This is entirely unfair and unethical. After multiple requests, they refused to refund me, and I completely comply with their online refund policy. Can you please help me to get my hard-earned money back? Was this information helpful? |
