I have enrolled for the course informatica big data management certification course on 8th august 2021.
They are not providing me the full course as mentioned In their website
1.16 hrs instructor led training
2.50 hrs project and exercises
When i complained about this they are saying this course is not provided by them hence opt for any other course i denied that and asked them full refund they are saying thats against their norm and forcing me to opt for other course.
I have raised ticket called more than 20 time on to their customer service and i have mailed them more than 5 times in detail about my issue they are not responding.
