Do you even know how to deal with very experienced people? (See my resume attached for a frame of reference attaching both professional and training resume)
I came with very high hopes of learning Azure Architecture. I am utterly disappointed.

There was no trainer. It was like a very young resource reading the presentation.
If I want to learn Linux I will ask for Linux training.

Even if Linux commands are part of training, where is day-wise and date-wise agenda? Who is the trainer ? Why are you wasting people's time of people by making them learn topics which are not part of your curriculum?

Is this how you create Azure Architects? Very very bad experience
-No professional approach Support team confused giving me Azure 104 modules only after ME explaining them that your online upload not right
-No training day-wise Agenda. I am also a trainer on first day of training no matter basic or advanced you have to show day-wise Agenda
-No specific focus - I wanted to learn Azure why are you making me sit in an extremely basic pdf reading session I can read myself.
-Where is my online ILT Azure Trainer ?
-Who is my Azure ILT Azure Trainer ?
-How I as a customer and student validate the credentials of my Trainer?

Please initiate my refund at once. and @Arohi Agarwalla : Stop lying to people this much. You are a great seller of the worst ever training experience I have had in 15 years of my IT experience and 10 years of Training experience. I am not proud or arrogant here just telling you this because I have done hard work and I know how to deliver a good training.

Kindly initiate the refund for " Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Certification Training for AZ-303 & 304 " bought on 19 Jan 2021. No more discussions I am not going to waste another minute now please respect time of people especially working people

BLACKMAIL FROM INTELLIPAAT THE GREAT SCAM CONTINUES

All these are the email addresses of the CEO and the Marketing head. I request entire world to email these people and tell them to TAKE ACTION FOR GOD SAKE

Initially, when you had raised a concern regarding the trainer, we assured you that the first session is taken by Intellipaat Team for basic installation and moving forward it is with the trainer. Making sure that you have a smoother learning experience, our team had communicated with you on multiple occasions and you had confirmed on going forward with the training. Post which our team tried contacting you multiple times to take a feedback, but there has been no response.

This message to you I have written many mails from last one year there is no response from Intellipaat team I need my amount back I have not join the course and loan amount as been sanctioned to Intellipaat account and I have said many times I have no interest to join the course just they are forcing me join and also they are not ready to give my amount back, This is how they treat customers? Even though I have not accepted your request to join the course how can those people force us and black mailing that they will not return my loan amount, and I can’t able to pay the loan to early salary Team please try to understand, hope so you people had understand my situation and solve this, and attached photo is my loan amount that has been transferred to Intellipaat.
