On 29/03/2019 I tried to book flight from chennai to kolkata using online services. First time dueO to any reason the process failed but my account debited by Rs 11882.00 debited even though the booking was put on hold and I received an SMS to book again. I tried again but again booking put on hold. Ultimately the booking confirmed and my account debited again by Rs 16132..00 and Rs 12680.00. However I want refund any two of Rs 11082.00 or 16132.00 or 12680.00. The detail of transactions are shown below
1) Date of booking 29/03/2019 19.37 onwards
2) Flight no 6E183
3)PNR no - RIBBHT, QEVRTP, TBQIHY, PNJT6B ( cancelled on 31/03/19 informed by SMS from IM-Indigo
