[Resolved] InterGlobe Technologies — No Resignation Acceptance

Hi All, I gave instant resignation on 25 September 2014. Initially they did not accepted my resignation and when I forced them they accepted my resignation but company did not provided any thing in written or e-mail that my resignation is accepted and even on requesting they denied for same and said to come after 60 days. And I require Resignation acceptance to provide to another company. Today I lost an offer to A huge MNC because I don't have any Acceptance letter and now I am left unemployed . Is it a Company policy .And please advice if Legal action can be taken against the company.

Whoever is working in this company, you should take care of your PF, do not share your PF member id with them they have stolen all PF amount of my previous company.
