This is to notify you that one of your authorized service center named BALAJI ENTERPRISE(DR.ABANI DUTTA ROAD GAGANANCHAL SHOPING COMPLEX, SHOP NO.76, SALKIA, HOWRAH-711106, WEST BENGAL) tried to cheet me indeed.I submitted my intex aqua y2 model to them which is in warranty.My jobsheet no. Is[protected]T001.serial no of the main product is [protected].I submitted my phone because while calling i was unable to hear any ones' voice.It was submitted with its battery which was in perfect condition on 10/12/15 & at that time they let me know that i would get my handset back within 7-10 days.But even after 3 weeks i did not get it.When i called them they told me that the battery got damaged some how by their fault.I visited them on 31/12/15 as on that day they let me know my phone is ready and i should collect it.I went there and found that they were in very much hurry and wanted me to sign the jobsheet as quickly as possible.Before the signature i had to chek it out wheather it is alright or not.So, when i opened the backcover to insert my sim i found out that they were returning the handset to me with a fully damaged and tempered battery.They tried to convince me some how and when they found that i would not gonna recieve the item then they told me that mother company can not provide me with a new battery.I did not recieve the set at all.Again they asked for more 7/10 days to solve the problem.Now i am becoming frustrated and feeling helpless.Is it my fault that i bought your phone??I would not recomend any one to buy your sets.Please help me out.I do not know when i will use my phone again.The phone is logged in with the name of Khushi Singh.Please tell me what should i do??I am thinking of contacting the Consumer Forum.I cant wait any more i have no other handset to use and can not buy a new one either.I just want my phone within 2 days.its nearly 1 month is passing by.
