I had purchased a handset of Intex named Intex Aqua 4G+, IEMI : [protected] on January 15'2016 which was activated on the date of purchase. The phone as on January 21 got some problem which when taken to the local customer care Center at RAMPUR, UTTAR PRADESH - 244901, of intex was told that the phone was activated 12 days back. And the attendant misguided and misbehaved a lot and denied to repair the handset....

Mobile SIM is not deducting

5 to 10 times i have visited at service center, but there is no proper reply or even nobody receiving calls, service center mobile number is [protected].

Service center engineer who is repairing my mobile his name is Imran he asked me to wait for 1 to 2 Hours at service center to get my mobile repaired but after 2 hours he said we are unable to repaired come after 2 days.

Now 15 Days Past nothing is happened.br...
