[Resolved] Intex Technologies — not provide service - against my service register no.[protected]

Dear sir,

I have purchase intex washing machine 7kg[protected]. Warranty 5 years. On august 2018 i have register compliant throuth intex customer service (Compliant number[protected] exit water supply not working. (Water unable to exit from washing machine). But still intex service engineer not visit for service.
Today[protected] service eng. Called me and tell sir re-register your compliant because your compliant is old and when i called customer service they say unable to register your compliant because your august month compliant is open.
Please help me.

After Posting this complaint. same day Intex service engineer visit our Home and tell us their is motor issue. i Will come back on 24-10-2019. Now i received call from intex service engineer against said your complaint is old. please re-generate the complaint. then only we will visit. And again after co-ordinate with Customer service team they told us. sir your complaint not close unable to get new compliant. What i will do. Pleeeeeeeeeeeesee help me.
