IRB Infrastructure — double toll charges at dehu road toll plaza

Today ( Dec, 24 2020) while going to Priti Shirdi ( Near to Pune), i crossed Dehu Road Toll Plaza ( Somatane Phata) around 12.15 PM. I asked them for return Receipt ( one time charge for return as well, as i was supposed to be back in 1 hr again) and they charged around Rs 62 for same in CASH.

While returning Around 1.35 PM, i just shown this return receipt and they allowed me as i already paid for both way charges. but to my surprise, at around 2 PM ( by the time i reached home :) ), i received another SMS informing me that Rs 41 is deducted again from FastTag.

Not Sure when i already paid in CASH for 2 way journey, why they deducted it again via FastTAG in return journey, though i stopped there shown earlier receipt and then they allowed me.

Please let me know how to get this refunded.

Hi,

Today 8th August while going to Kundmala waterfall ( Near to Pune), i crossed Dehu Road Toll Plaza ( Somatane Phata) around 4pm.
I asked the toll attended to scan the fast tag, he scanned and said their is no balance but there was around 150 rupees balance...but we paid toll charges of 41 rupees in cash as the toll attendance said there was no balance... just after few minutes I got sms 41 rupees was deducted from my fast tag account.

Kindly revert back the fast tag money of 41
