ITC — aashirvaad ataa 5 kg - numerous hard objects inside packet

Hi team,

I have been using aashirwaad aata from last 9 years and until today i havent had any issue/complain.
However today to my surprise and outmost dissatisfaction and disappointment i found many hard particles in your 5kg aata packet while i was preparing dough for dinner. I purchased this packet from big basket and i have the invoice with me, when the packet was delivered the packet was perfectly sealed with no issues. I opened the packet to use aata and found these hard particles which could have choked me or my family to death if consumed.
