Last wednesdays on official instagram site @classmatebyitc they had conducted a "pun contest", and today in the result post they have mentioned my pun but under someone else name. Whereas she/he has commented something else . I have also DM their team regarding this. But haven't received any response. I can also share the pic. Hi i am sankar das, retail grocery shop owner, a hatiara road, helabattala, kolkata 700157.Here product are delivered by distributor named, eden gst no 19...I have some damage(expire) product from 2021 which was told to the salesman to take the return for several time but the salesman didn't no take the return of the product.
Recently in my current bill period, 2023, salesman have taken the return of the product but he told, as per company norms, the return period is over & claimed for this reason he could not adjust the return product amount.

So i am requesting to look into this matter at an earliest.
