ITC — savlon herbal sensitive handwash 750 ml pouch

I have purchased your product savlon herbal sensitive handwash yesterday but it is not of good quality. Some finding are
-it does not rinse off easily
-has not a good smell
-it is causing irritation on hands after washing.
-sensation of irritation persists long after using the product.

Being a product of such a world class company such bad quality is not expected.
Please do needful to replace the product as i am facing inconvenience.
Please ask some of your representative for redressal of my issue.
