Dear sir, The vivel soap and the cover batch no. B08bl1d 100gm date of manufacture 06/19 has a strong smell of tobacco. Kindly check. This was noticed in earlier batches also. But i did not register a complaint since i thought you would correct it. May you should have some customer audit. It will be good if you analyse the cover and soap for tobacco traces. We are a Super Market located in Bangalore-78. The Distributor for ITC product is inefficient in supplying the Products.Even your Representative is proven to be incapable of giving us a constant Supply.The terms agreed has not been fulfilled consistently and been a problem as we were doing a good business in Atta.Hope this will get a response.
