[Resolved]  ITPL — Complaint Against Conductor

Hi,

I would like to lodge a complaint against the conductor in AC Volvo bus KA 01 F 8837, 500c, to ITPL.

I boarded the bus today(4/4/2014) morning at around 8.15 at marathahalli. Got a ticket to vydehi.

I gave 100rs to the conductor and he gave me ticket for 45rs. He asked me for change. I told him that I don't have change and to give me the balance amount . He just gave me 5rs instead of giving 55rs balance and he immediately went back before I tell anything. He did not write and give anything in the ticket also. I asked for change when he returned back. He told me that he already gave 50rs as soon as he gave the ticket and kept on arguing with me in kannada. I told him that I don't understand kannada. But he was speaking in kannada only. I told him that I don't have any 50rs with me. I just had all 100rs note in my purse. Till I get down from the bus he did not give me back that 50rs. He very well knew at he just gave me 5rs change. I was not able to argue with him anymore.

It happens in many buses that conductors doesn't give proper change to the public. Taking 50rs for each ticket is really a bad thing.


Please take an action against this.
