Dear Concern ITPL Manager,

I ate Coffee yesterday night at COFFEE MANNE CONCOURSE it was very bad coffee providing ???? and it is taking Rs 15 ???

I can’t begin to tell you how disappointed with coffee, completly worst coffee i never saw like this kind of coffee ???? and in future also

i think i will never see ???

I would like to lodge a complaint against the conductor in AC Volvo bus KA 01 F 8837, 500c, to ITPL.

I boarded the bus today(4/4/2014) morning at around 8.15 at marathahalli. Got a ticket to vydehi.

I gave 100rs to the conductor and he gave me ticket for 45rs. He asked me for change. I told him that I don't have change and to give me the balance amount . He just gave me 5rs instead of...

Please Re-open the 500N Volvo Service

Daily I'm traveling in 500N Volvo from St: Johns junction to Marathahalli. Past two days the bus was not coming through this route. We came to know 500N Volvo service stopped .

From my knowledge lots of people are waiting for this bus. If you people are stopping these service its very bad because people who staying in Madiwala is depending on this bus only otherwise...
