Sir i booked my tickets from Gorakhpur to jhansi on 08.07.2019.. And it got auto cancelled on 21.07.2019 due to wait list...Sir i didn't get any refund from your side... Already one month pased away... Please refund my amount... I have contacted irctc for this.. they said that we have refunded the amount... Please contact to ixigo... And ixigo is saying that we have initiated the refund.. But the amount is not credited in my account..please help me sir. We wish to inform you that refund of Rs 1450.0 against the shared PNR has already been initiated to your source account. Same shall be credited in 7 working days. I have booked train11057 from ndls to karnal for 1st September.
My money has been deducted from my account but my booking is still pending.
I have been booking tickets via ixigo from so long but this never happened.
Please resolve my problem and refund my amount as soon as possible
