I had cancelled 3 ac tickets of duronto express on 20.3.2019 but i have still not received the cancellation amount which is 6480/- in my bank account please reply. Ixigo booking id: ixitr[protected], pnr no. : [protected], transaction id: 286dqsrn0j898wu5r7 train no. & name : 12262/hwh cstm
