[Resolved]  Ixigo — amount debited but booking not confirmed

I booked a flight from delhi to ranchi on 7th aug, 2019. I paid the amount through upi app. Rs 2083 was deducted from my account but no ticket was issued. I got no email of ticket confirmation. If my ticket is confirmed then kindly send the confirmation mail or otherwise refund the amount in my account. I have shared the screenshot o[censored]pi app confirming the transaction. Kindly resolve this.

You can find this Trip ID in the email or SMS that you would have received from ixigo or you can also find it in the 'transactions' section on the ixigo app. You can mail us the details at [protected]@ixigo.com.
