[Resolved] Ixigo — amount deducted but booking not completed

I made a transaction from ixigo and entered irctc login id and chose google pay for payment but ticket was not booked and in ixigo it showed no error. Debited amount - 2105.49, date and time : 27 march 2019, 21:45 pm and upi transaction id[protected]. But in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction. There is no transaction id generated and it didn't even asked for irctc password to complete the booking. So please refund the full amount of rs 2105.49 asap.

I have successfully done payment but after payment webpage closed suddenly . So booking not done but amount debited.
I have done lots of mail to ur [protected]@ixigocom
But no response from side except auto generated mail
