[Resolved] Ixigo — amount deducted but not received any confirmation of my booking

Hi,

Yesterday i have booked bus from ahmedabad (Paldi) to upleta for june 8th.

Please note the amount of rs. 430/- has been debited but i have not received any confirmation from your end nor from bus operator i. E. Rajwadi new jalaram travels.

Kindly take a look and let me know what needs to be done.

How disgusting, you guys are running this huge business without customer service.
Worst service ever came across. Chat option is there but no one is there to help you. Loads of cases of refund. Don't you guyz feel ashamed of taking money of customers and also not responding them when they really needed.
If my issue not resolved within the prescribed time, Be make sure and ready to face all consequences from the Central Government.

The amount was auto refunded on 5th June since the booking was failed. The refund usually takes 7 days and should be credited to the payment source on or before 12th June.
