Ixigo — amount deducted but there was no booking

Address: Gurgaon, Haryana

A train booking was proceed on 14 June 19.45 . The payment method was Paytm upi . The amount was debited from my bank account to [protected]@axis bank but there was no transaction im my ixigo account. Please proceed or take a action against this. The transaction no.

PLEASE TAKE A ACTION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
In the ixigo app it is not showing any transaction at 19.45 but the amount is deducted

Sir I booked the tickets Hardoi to New Delhi 24.5.2019 8pm Train no 14257 Kashi Vishwanath Exp Tecket is not booked but money is debited from my Account. So please refund money in my account I informed the ixigo coustmer care' person but We have not satisfied Train no 14257
