[Resolved]  Ixigo — amount deducted but ticket is not booked

I made a transaction from ixigo and entered irctc login id and chose upi for payment but ticket was not booked and in ixigo it showed "nothing.." but my bank statement its showing "transaction successful". Debited amount - 2145.40, date and time :10apr 2020, 02:45 am and google transaction id cicagkdhscm_mg and upi transaction id[protected]. But in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction. There is no transaction id generated and it didn't even asked for irctc password to complete the booking. So please refund the full amount of rs 2145.40 asap.
