[Resolved]  Ixigo — booking not confirmed and amount debited

I booked a train ticket from pune to ahmadnagar in nagpur express on 7 april 2019 and amount been deducted from my account and neither get ticket confirmation nor a transaction history in your ixigo app.
I have all the screenshot and upi reference id as well. I just want my amount back. First time i booked from ixigo trains and its a really bad experience. Please refund my amount rs.160 immediate

Could you please share the failed ixigo Booking/trip ID starting from "IXITR" so that we can check and assist you better.

You must have received a mail/ SMS regarding the same. Alternatively, you can find the same in the "Transactions" section of the ixigo app.

Updated by It's had shaikh We don't have any ixigo booking I'd .
We only have Google pay amount debit transaction details

Kindly confirm if transaction details needs to be share
