[Resolved]  Ixigo — cancel ticket refund regarding

I booked my ticket from howrah to chennai in train no.12841 coromandal exp. And i cancelled ticket partly two times on 19/04/2019. I recived my one amount of rs. 1680/- on 26/04/2019 but i didn't get the another amount of rs.1680/-. The booking od no. Is ixitr[protected]. Please clarify that why the amount has not been credit in my account i suffered from three months for that.

Still i didt get my refund amount .. its over around 1 month going to over

I got a confromation refund amount from irctc
