Dear ixigo team, I have booked a train ticket from palakkad to chennai on 28/07/2019 with pnr: [protected]. I’m trying to cancel the ticket from today morning onwards but your app is not allowing to cancel it saying an error “something went wrong, please try after sometime”. I booked a flight from Ahmedabad to Delhi, made the transaction through UPI the amount is deducted from my account but the flight was not booked.

The Booking ID is IF[protected].

Please confirm, how much time it will take to refund the amount on my account

I booked 2 tickets from Vijayawada junction to samarlakota junction train number 12840 -Howrah mail it is displaying me booking is pending is it confirm ? or failed ? if it is failed so that I can try for other options and also when money is refunded

I was booking flight ticket from Chennai to Nagpur for 7 Dec 2019 during today. While doing payment, the page showed not working then I refreshed but money got deducted from my bank account. And ticket did not get booked. I have attached bank statement. I want refund.
