[Resolved]  Ixigo — cancellation of booked train ticket

I had booked two tickets lko to nk and nk to lko through ixigo. Now i want to cancel these tickets. So i went into my account and my booking option. I tried to cancel these tickets but it was shown me that ixigo hasn't booked these tickets. I have email of ixigo in which tickets and invoice had sent to me by ixigo. I have hdfc bank statement in which i have transferred money to ixigo. Yet they are not cancelling my tickets and not giving me refund.

I had booked the ticket through the ixigo app. Now I have been trying to cancel the ticket . Every time it is showing “sorry transaction can’t be completed. Try later

I am unable to cancel my ticket.
