My air india flight AI 681 was cancelled and I had booked the flight through Ixigo. I had gone to the airport and spoke to the air india officials and they had ensured me that I will get a full refund of the amount. They said that they have not taken any airline cancellation charges. I was shown that a full refund option and given to my PNR number by the airlines. Ixigo is not providing me the full refund and are taking the airline cancellation charges. Sir,
The airlines had told me that against my PNR, they had marked the option to give me full refund. They did that in front of me.
The PNR number is - Y8WDS
Kindly check again.
Meanwhile I will try reaching the airlines.
