I am not received my booking is failed on2 march 2019 and cut amount is1451 and 5 to 6 working days end yet amount not received, pls refund my money as soon as possible, many times that i connect with your help center but no response, how to cut my amount that is 1451 from my account that ways refund amount in my account

Payment is successfully detect from my SBI account during train reservation in ixigo train but my train booking is failed, detect 1451 rupees from my SBI account, pls Refund my money that is 1451 and deposits 1451 Rupee's in my account, My phone number is 6303135352 and my email id is : [email protected]

Ixigo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
