[Resolved] Ixigo — deducted my payment

I recently had tried to book train ticket from vaishno devi katra to new delhi through ixigo train app and gone for upi paytm payment. After my account got debited with an amount of rs.6925.40 it doesn’t redirect me to the ixigo payment page and i didn’t receive any other confirmation regarding this. I have booked 2 tickets from ixigo for 17 feb 2020. An amount of 3185 is being deducted from my account and I have also recieved a deductant message from the bank at the same time . But the tickets are not booked yet not in the app or from anywhere . I need an full refund or a compensate ticket against it
