[Resolved] Ixigo — did not refunded my amount

On 20th june 2019 at 6 pm while booking train for 2 persons from srikakulam to secunderabad faluknama express worth 893.73 failed to book two times yet now i didnt recieved my money They told that within 5 working days i would recieve money but they didnt refunded me and they dont have proper customer care number. And my booking id 's are Ixtr[protected] and Ixtr[protected] 893.73 +892.73 =1786.46 of total amount i should recieve. They are cheating people without providing proper number or mail to contact them. Please solve my issue and mke them to redund my amount Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Due to some reasons I had to cancel my bus from Allahabad to kanpur on 22june 2019. Since it was given that 274Rs will be refunded after cancellation charges in the bank linked with UPI but it did not returned the money.
Kindly return the money as soon as possible.

Actually i booked a train ticket from cuttack to bilaspur in puri haridwar express{utkal express} on 18.06.19 but the booking didn't take place successfully only the amount from my account was taken and i had received a mail about the refund of money.. When will i get my refund money credited and I want help regarding this refund
