[Resolved]  Ixigo — didn't get refunded

Address: Mangala hostel Neermarga road near Baithurli bus stop, Dakshina Kannada, Karnataka, 575028

I booked tickets to go home today but when i reached station they said all train was cancelled only special train is going on so they told me to cancel the ticket so i cancelled unfortunately i didn't got my money back please do something to help me. It was not my mistake it was there's so please do something faster to refund my money back to my account

Krpya rifund kare ya me opbhokta from me shikayat karne ke liye taiyar hu Maine tikit buk karne ki koshish ki gai thi aur main buk karne me safal nahi hua or mere khate se paisa bhi kat gaya so mera paisa bapis Kiya jaay
I have madey payment through phonepay for the ticket after the payment nothing show regarding ticket or pnr number and now i want to get my money how i can get because no option is showingto get back money
