I heard a great about ixigo flights application. I trusted the application and have done my transaction but i never expected this would happen.
Please go through my problem and resolve it soon. I would be thankful to ixigo team.
This is about a concern regarding money transaction to ixigo flights merchant mobile application for booking four (4) flight tickets on 11th january, 2020 from jaipur to vijayawada through phonepe, andhra bank upi.
My money (Rs.22060) got deducted and my phonepe transaction is successful. However, my tickets were not confirmed. As reference, kindly check the attached file which contains phonepe payment receipt.
I tried to contact ixigo customer service on the same day. They said we didn’t receive your amount, please check with your bank.
Then i contacted my bank they said had sent me an attachment stating payment is successful from their end. Please contact ixigo.
When i contact ixigo they said contact with bank, when i contact my bank they said contact ixigo, vice-versa : (: (: (.
I also mailed the bank statement to ixigo mail id but no response yet.
It’s almost altogether 15 days but still i didn’t got my money back. Therefore, i sincerely request you to solve my problem as soon as possible and refund my money back.
