Full description - i have booked a flight ticket with insurance from my friends ixigo account from kolkata to hyderabad, date of journey was 19/03/2020 and time was4:40 am (Air asia), but due to outbreak of covud-19 my meeting was cancelled on 18/03/2020 and according to that i have cancelled my ticket but it was showing that my cancellation is pending, i speak to customer care and they assured me that for this cancellation process it will take 24 to 48 hrs regarding this they have provided me a mail but today after 4:40 am which was the scheduled time of the flight i checked my status and found that my trip was confirmed. How this can be possible i initiated for cancellation even ixigo has given me a confirmation mail then how my trip is confirmed??
Even insuring my flight booking with extra money i am suffering not expected such a fraud action from ixigo. I want my refund as soon as possible and please do the needful for developing your customer care. Was this information helpful? |
