Ixigo — Flight Cancellation Refund not Received

I booked my flight from indigo airlines on 5 june from ixigo flight booking app. the next i.e. on 6th june the flight eas cancelled by airlines and so i cancelled my booking directly from the indigo booking site. they crested a credit shell account for the money used to book in flight so i could use it later within a year. On asking the airlines why i am not able to use my credit shell amount i got to know The credit shell account was made to the third party i.e. ixigo. for my refund i filled the refund form for respective issue and got no reply its been more than a month i have mailed them numerous time and complaint for the same but nothing in return. their customer service is automated A.I. so i am not able to talk to anyone. they have shown no concern for their customer. in a crisis like corona pandemic money is important and my 7150 rupee credit note is still with them and i cant use it. please help me out. i am attaching my credit note info with this.
