[Resolved]  Ixigo — flight cancelled by airline due border restrictions

I have booked flight for 30 march 2020 from new delhi to sydney (Singapore airlines) but due to border restrictions the flight has been canceled by airline. Now ixigo isn’t replying regarding the refund. Please help me regarding this matter...

Greetings from ixigo!

We wish to inform you that there is no full refund advisory from the Airline upon cancellation. Hence, request you to please reach out to the airline concern. As of now they are allowing to extend the booking till 31st March 2021 and rescheduling.
