[Resolved] Ixigo — flight ticket booking failed- refund not initiated

On 20th March 2020, I three transaction of 5251 for flight booking. The first two failed and my money was deducted. Booking ids - IF[protected], IF[protected] for the two transaction. It was a upi transaction through phonepe. Although refund has been initiated, it is still not credited into my account. Total disputed amount is 10502.
