[Resolved] Ixigo — hotel booking issue - (your booking for treebo le celestium is confirmed!)

I have made a booking on the subjected hotel (Treebo le celestium) on the date of 8 & 9 of this month, and i got the mail confirmation for the same. When i reached on the hotel they told it was confirmed in some other hotel near to the them and i was forced to stay over there on night. The hotel which i compelled (Munnar inn) to stay was very cheep in all manner. No room service, no parking facility, more over the room was not able to cllse from inside. I need the justification and justice for my issue. This is seems to be a clear cheating of people by showing good hotels review. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Refund has been initiated and was said will be refunded within 5 days but I didn't get my refund back. Please refund my money. I really need the money to be refunded as soon as possible. I need it very much. Every single penny matters a lot for.
