Dear sir, I have been regularly booking irctc tickets through your esteemed app. Today i booked a ticked for samalkot to chengannu through your app and successfully made the payment. However at the time of logging into irctc credentials the transaction did not go through successfully. The transaction history in your app shows "payment successful booking pending". I was booking a ticket from Bangalore to Bhubaneswar. 7250 Rupees got deducted from my SBI Account with Transaction ID P2003140923148397995935. I didn't get any ticket for the same. Could you please let me know when it will be refunded to my account.
