Hello sir/ma'am, Greeting! I have tried to book two tickets from agra to lucknow for 22/12/2018 via ixigo on upsrtc bus named janrath Timings:- 1700 to 2300 hours But the amount has been deducted from my bank account but i have not received any tickets. I have booked tickets for two persons. 1) prakarsh srivastava 2) pradyumna kumar srivastava At last it shows an error saying "404 server not found" Hence, i therefore request you to please see to it on priority as the seats in the bus numbers as 5 and 6 are showing locked/booked on the app but i have not received the tickets or any message. Kindly see to it and do the needful asap. I am also attaching the screenshot of the message. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Please be informed that if money has been deducted from your card/account and ticket is not confirmed please be assured it is safe and will be refunded automatically. I have booked two tickets ixigotrainsgurgaon in-10/12/18 11:28:38/3653 Red. No:[protected] Rs.434 and ixigotrainsgurgaon in-10/12/18 11:38:00/3653 Red No:[protected] Rs.362 in online. But it has not been booked but the amount was taken from my account. So I request you to refund.
