Pls reply very sincerely & seriously to this message as ixigo not giving proper reply to our refund query and we have been struggling since 17days to contact your company.
Prerecorded tara & prerecorded ivrs on the call made it very difficult to reach your company they have no useful information.

We have repeatedly inquired with bank branch face to face with your arn no. But to no avail. They say their doors are open but your company has not sent payment how can they receive.
We have our latest bank statements attached to this mail as a proof and also correspondence with your company only to hear a prerecorded ivrs and prerecorded tara.
Pls seriously look into the matter it does not suit your company's goodwill.
Pls reply with a solid proof and refund details so that i don't need to reach twitter with this post.
