[Resolved]  Ixigo — money debited but bus ticket not booked

Please help me, i have booked a bus ticket through ixigo app, and paid amount by phonepe app with my bank, my money deducted and paid to ixigo company's bank vide Transaction ID AXISSDKV344a91c06205b4e989a3cf73fa6 Dated 22/02/2019 at 08:05 PM but Bus ticket not booked. I have complaint by telephonic also, so please refunded my money as earlier as possible.

You must have received a mail/ SMS regarding the same. Alternatively, you can find the same in the "Transactions" section of the ixigo app.
