Ixigo — money debited but ticket not booked

Hi sir I am Hari Hara Sudhan my ixigo registered number is [protected] in this ID I am yesterday 4 p.m. ticket on 2nd AC Ernakulam Junction to Rajahmundry junction that time my internet was failed that time my amount was debited but the ticket is not booked
That's time i cannot have booking id only upi transaction ID i have attached that image screenshot
