[Resolved] Ixigo — money deducted but booking not done

Yesterday i tried to book a ticket from visakhapatnam to guntur...in ixigo application... But i took some time to complete my payment... My money was deducted from paytm but ixigo page said the transaction was timed out and my booking was not done... Please help me to recieve my money back... There is no responce from ixigo...2850 ruppees was deducted from my account through upi transaction... With reference id[protected]

Sorry, we couldn't find your details. Kindly share your booking/Trip ID starting from "IXITR", so that we can get this checked at the earliest.

You can find this Trip ID in the email or SMS that you would have received from ixigo or you can also find it in the 'transactions' section on the ixigo app. You can mail us the details at [protected]@ixigo.com.

Updated by JeevanPrasanth007 That's the main problem...I cannot find anything related to the booking in ixigo app...I payed the money from paytm...but in ixigo it said transaction timed out...and I cannot see anything about the booking, the only evidence I had was my UPI reference ID from paytm...so please help me out and give my money back as soon as possible...

I tried to book a ticket from Agra to Katni date 4 october used Upi transactions method my amount was deducted but no ticket was booked I have my transaction I'd from Bhim Upi
There is no customer support on the app I have re booked my ticket but my old transaction has not been refunded.
Please help me get my money back

I tried to book bus ticket by ixigo. I used google pay upi to this transaction. My ticket is not booked but my money deducted ..
So help to get back my refund.
