[Resolved]  Ixigo — money has not been refunded

I booked my ticket from by mistake from lucknow to belthara road ballia then i have to cancelled my train ticket from lucknow to belthara road i got a message that my money will be refunded back to my account within five days from booking but after ten days of cancellation of my ticket, my money has not been refunded to my account.
