[Resolved] Ixigo — money is deducted but didn't get my ticket

I have made a payment towards 4 ticket booking from Goa to Kochi on 28th Dec from ixigo.com
With email id - [protected]@gmail.com
Booking is for the following passenger
1)REES WHARTON
2)Rehana JAWADWALA
3)Alice JAWADWALA WHARTON
4)Layla JAWADWALA WHARTON
However I did'nt receive any details for my tickets. I have payment slips and bank statements.

Sir, i have booked a AC 2 tier ticket Hyderabad exp borading from Chennai central (MAS) to Scunderabad jn (SC) on 20th October and I cancelled my ticket on 21st October. I haven't received my refunded amount of 1440₹ .
Pls make it fast.. I'm in need of money
