I have tried to book one ticket from new delhi to cuttack on 19/12/2018 via ixigo your ixitr booking i'd - (698*339) in bbs rajdhani exp (22823)
Timings:- around 4:45pm. The amount has been deducted from my bank account but i have not received any refund yet.
At last it shows booking failed. Hence, i therefore request you to please see to it on priority and refund my money as soon as possible. I hope that you work on it.
